I support families with little ones from birth through to 4 years. Every stage comes with its own joys and challenges, and I’ll always tailor my approach to suit your child’s developmental needs. Whether you’re navigating newborn catnaps or toddler bedtime battles, we’ll work together to find a rhythm that feels right for your family.
No — I don’t use or recommend the cry-it-out method. I know how hard it is to hear your child cry, and my approach is always gentle and responsive. Together, we’ll choose a settling technique that feels right for you, your parenting style, and your child’s personality. My goal is to support both you and your little one through the process, never leaving either of you feeling unsupported.
That’s okay — and honestly, it’s very normal! Sleep is rarely a straight, predictable path. This is why I include ongoing support with my packages. If something isn’t working, we’ll adjust the plan together, troubleshoot what’s happening, and move forward at a pace that feels manageable for you and your child. You’ll never be left to figure it out alone.
Yes, absolutely. If you’re dealing with one or two specific issues — like early morning wakes, nap transitions, or bedtime battles — a Quick Calm Call can be a helpful place to start. And if you feel you need more support afterwards, we can always build on that together.
When you’re exhausted and unsure what to try next, it can feel overwhelming. A sleep consultant takes away the guesswork by creating a personalised plan just for your child — no cookie-cutter schedules, just realistic strategies that work for your family. I’ll be here to encourage you, celebrate the wins (big and small!), and guide you through the tricky moments, so you feel confident and supported every step of the way.
Yes! It’s so common for children to sleep differently at daycare or with grandparents. That’s okay — kids are clever and they quickly learn that different environments have different routines. What matters most is the consistency you build at home, and I’ll help you focus on that. If grandparents or carers are open to it, I can also give them tips to support you.
Every child is unique, so there’s no one-size-fits-all timeline. Some families see changes within a few nights, while for others it may take a little longer. What makes the biggest difference is consistency. With your dedication and my support, most families notice significant improvements within 1–2 weeks. I’ll be right there alongside you, guiding and cheering you on.
