Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully before commencing services. By engaging Arc & Ry Sleep Solutions, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

​

1. Nature of Services

​

  • Arc & Ry Sleep Solutions provides sleep education, guidance, and support for families.

  • All advice is general in nature and based on current safe sleep recommendations.

  • Services are not medical advice and do not replace medical care.

​

2. Parental Responsibility

​

  • You remain solely responsible for your child’s health, safety, and wellbeing.

  • You must disclose any relevant medical conditions, developmental concerns, or circumstances that may affect your child’s sleep or care.

  • It is your responsibility to follow recommendations in a way that is safe and suitable for your family.

​

3. No Guarantees

​

  • Every child is unique. While many families see improvements, no outcome can be guaranteed.

  • Progress depends on your child’s temperament, consistency of implementation, and external factors (e.g. illness, teething, travel).

​

4. Safe Sleep Commitment

​

  • Arc & Ry Sleep Solutions will only provide guidance that aligns with recognised safe sleep practices (including SIDS and Kids recommendations).

  • Any advice given should be adapted and implemented at your discretion with your child’s safety as your highest priority.

5. Payments & Refunds

​

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Fees are non-refundable once a consultation or package has commenced.

  • Reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments may be forfeited.

 

6. Cancellations

​

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled consultation may be refunded or credited at the discretion of Arc & Ry Sleep Solutions.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

​

7. Support Periods

​

  • Packages include a defined period of support (e.g. 10 days).

  • During this time, clients will receive daily check-ins as needed, with advice and encouragement tailored to your family’s progress.

  • Once this period ends, additional support can be purchased separately.

  • Messages, emails, or calls outside the agreed period may not be responded to.

​

8. Support Hours & Response Times

​

  • Support is available Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm AEST.

  • Arc & Ry Sleep Solutions does not provide support on weekends or public holidays.

  • Responses will be provided within support hours. While every effort is made to reply promptly, response times may vary depending on availability and workload.

  • Clients are encouraged to keep a log of questions or updates and share them during daily check-ins.

9. Confidentiality & Privacy

​

  • All personal information shared is treated with confidentiality.

  • Information will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

  • Arc & Ry Sleep Solutions may use anonymised case examples for education or marketing purposes (with identifying details removed).

10. Liability

​

  • By engaging services, you acknowledge that Arc & Ry Sleep Solutions is not liable for:

    • Any injury, loss, or damage that may arise from implementing guidance.

    • Outcomes that differ from your expectations.

  • You accept responsibility for how you choose to use the information provided.

11. Agreement

​

By booking and engaging services, you confirm that you:

​

  • Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

  • Acknowledge that the advice provided is not medical advice.

  • Accept responsibility for your child’s safety, wellbeing, and outcomes.
